Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after confirmation and verification.
Standard processing time: 1 to 3 business days
However, FuelX makes every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Same Day Dispatch Policy
If your order is received before 4:00 PM on a business day, it will usually be processed and dispatched on the same business day, subject to:
- order verification
- product availability
- payment confirmation (if applicable)
- operational conditions
Orders received after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that order processing time and delivery time are separate.
Shipping / Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days
Delivery time may vary for:

- outstation locations

FuelX will do its best to ensure timely dispatch, but delivery timelines are ultimately dependent on the courier company.
Shipping Coverage
FuelX currently delivers orders across Pakistan.
Delivery availability may vary in certain remote or restricted service areas depending on courier coverage.
If your area is not serviceable, our team may contact you regarding alternative shipping arrangements.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not fixed permanently and may vary depending on different operational and market factors.
Shipping charges may change based on:
- order value
- parcel weight or size
- delivery location
- courier company charges
- fuel price adjustments
- logistics and operational costs
- promotional offers or shipping campaigns
This means shipping charges may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once your order is placed:
- It goes through order verification
- It is processed and packed
- It is handed over to the courier company
- You may receive an order / shipping confirmation
Please make sure your:
- full name
- phone number
- delivery address
are entered correctly to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Advance Payment
FuelX may offer one or both of the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Advance Payment
Please note:
- Certain orders or locations may require advance payment
- FuelX reserves the right to request advance payment depending on:
- order value
- order type
- location
- delivery risk
- internal verification requirements
Packaging & Dispatch Responsibility
FuelX ensures that all products are properly packed and dispatched before shipment.
We take reasonable care to package products securely to reduce the risk of leakage, breakage, or transit damage.
However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, delivery handling is managed by the courier service.
Courier Handling & Delivery Responsibility
After dispatch, the parcel is transported and delivered by the courier company.
While FuelX works with delivery partners to ensure safe handling, we are not directly responsible for delays, mishandling, or transit issues caused by the courier after dispatch.
This may include:
- delayed delivery
- parcel mishandling
- damaged packaging in transit
- opened parcel during delivery
- route or service disruptions
- failed delivery attempts by courier
Damaged Parcel / Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives in damaged, leaking, broken, or opened condition, please:
report it within 24 hours of delivery
Customers are advised to immediately share:
- clear photos of the parcel
- photos/videos of the damaged product
- shipping label image
- order details
This helps us review the issue and guide you accordingly.

Courier Damage Claims
All orders are dispatched by FuelX in proper packed condition.
If a parcel or product is damaged due to:
- rough handling in transit
- courier negligence
- parcel tampering during delivery
- courier mishandling
then the damage or claim responsibility may fall under the courier company.
FuelX may assist in reviewing such cases, but claims related to transit damage may be processed subject to courier verification and policy.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and reachable contact number.
FuelX will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by:
- incorrect address
- incomplete address
- wrong phone number
- customer unavailable at delivery time
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.
Order Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, FuelX reserves the right to:
- restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- require advance payment for future purchases
- review the customer’s order eligibility
Delivery Delays
Although FuelX aims to dispatch orders quickly, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- courier operational issues
- weather conditions
- road blockages
- public holidays
- fuel or transportation disruptions
- regional delivery limitations
FuelX shall not be held liable for such delivery delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Missing / Lost Parcels
In case of a missing or undelivered parcel, customers should contact FuelX support with their order details.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
Resolution time may vary depending on:
- courier investigation
- tracking status
- delivery confirmation records
